Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Culture Amp’s $82 million Series E financing.

Culture Amp is an HR technology company that specializes in staff surveying and analytics. The financing was led by Sequoia Capital China and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Sapphire Ventures, Index Ventures, Blackbird Ventures, Hostplus, Skip Capital, Grok Ventures, Global Founders Capital and TDM Growth Partners.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
