Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Dedrone’s $30.5 million Series C round.

The Dedrone counter-drone platform combines hardware sensors and machine-learning software, providing early warning, classification of, and mitigation against all drone threats.

The round was led by Axon, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Aqton Partners, Menlo Ventures, Target Partners, TempoCap and John Chambers, Chairman Emeritus of Cisco Systems and founder of JC2 Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
