Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Dovetail’s $4 million Series Seed financing.

Dovetail is cloud-based user research and customer feedback software platform for analysis, organization, collaboration, and storage of research data and insights. The financing was led by Blackbird Ventures and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Culture Amp’s CEO and co-founder Didier Elzinga.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Noah Driggs, and Mike Perez.
