Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Kandji’s $100 million Series C round.

Kandji offers next-generation Apple device management for macOS, iOS, iPadOS and tvOS.

The round was led by Tiger Global, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Definition, Frontline Ventures, First Round Capital, Greycroft, The Spruce House Partnership, B Capital Group, SVB Capital and Okta Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
