Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Mosaic’s $18.5 million Series A round.

Mosaic is a strategic finance platform that transforms the way businesses aggregate data and forecast revenue streams. The financing was led by Trevor Oelschig of General Catalyst and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, XYZ and Village Global.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
