Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Nayya’s $55 million Series C round.

The round was led by ICONIQ Growth, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Transformation Capital and SemperVirens.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
