Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Paytient’s $40.5 million Series B round.

Paytient is a financial technology company on a mission to help people better access and afford care.

The round was led by Mercato Partners Traverse Fund with participation from Bertelsmann Investments, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Lightbank, Box Group, Lachy Groom, Left Lane Capital, Commerce Bank, Crossbeam Ventures, Cultivation Capital, and Inspired Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Chris Rosene, Mike Perez, Kevin Morrissey, and Ben Toussant.
