Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Popmenu’s $4.5 million Series A financing.

Popmenu is a provider of guest engagement software for restaurants. The financing was led by Base10 Partners’ Rexhi Dollaku.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden, Noah Driggs and Mike Perez.
