Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Sendoso’s $40 million Series B financing.

Sendoso is a provider of a Sending Platform. The financing was led by Oak HC/FT and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Craft Ventures, Signia Venture Partners, Storm Ventures, Struck Capital, Stage 2 Capital, and Prologis.

The Silicon Legal client team included Heidi Walas, Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
