Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined TrialSpark’s $156 million Series C round.

TrialSpark brings new medical treatments to patients faster by reimagining the clinical trial process.

The round was led by Sam Altman and Lachy Groom, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Thrive Capital, Casdin Capital, Dragoneer, Section 32, John Doerr, Spark Capital, Sound Ventures, Arrowmark and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Bryce Wilson, Noah Driggs and Chris Rosene.
