Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Trusted Health’s $20 million Series A financing.
Trusted Health is a digital employment platform for nurses that allows them to connect with flexible job opportunities. The financing was led by Craft Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Founder Collective.
The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Natasha Hsieh, Sarah Boulden, Noah Driggs and Mike Perez.
