Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Xilis’s $70MM Round.

Xilis is a Durham, NC based startup developing next generation technologies for precision medicine and drug discovery.

The round was led by Mubadala Capital, with participation from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Alphabet’s GV and European healthcare investor LSP.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
