Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Ontic’s $12 million Series A financing.

Ontic’s software platform helps businesses maintain physical security by providing early threat detection. In addition to Felicis, the round included investment from Silverton Partners, SLS client Floodgate, and Village Global.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
