Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Proton.ai’s $20 million Series A round.

Proton’s award-winning AI optimizes customer interactions to boost online revenue and transform order takers to order makers.

In addition to Felicis, the round included investments from Battery Ventures, Abstract Ventures, MSC Direct, J Ventures and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Tina Lee, Kevin Morrissey, Bryce Wilson and Chris Rosene.
