Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures, as they led Verkada’s $80 million Series C financing.

Verkada is an IoT platform that combines plug-and-play security cameras with intelligent, cloud-based software. In addition to Felicis Ventures, the round included investments from Next47, Sequoia Capital and Meritech Capital.
