Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall as they joined Lime’s $310 million Series D financing.

Lime is a provider of electric scooters and bikes for short-term rentals. The financing was led by Andreessen Horowitz, Bain Capital Ventures, Fidelity Investments, GV and IVP. Existing investors, including Fifth Wall, were Alphabet, Coatue Management, DCM Ventures, GGV Capital and Singapore’s GIC also participated in the round.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Peter Volz, Ryan Southerland, Natasha Arora and Travis Robertson.
