Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall Ventures as they joined Clutter’s $200 million Series D financing.

Clutter is a tech-enabled, on-demand storage company. The financing was led by SoftBank Vision Fund and included investments from, in addition to Fifth Wall Ventures, Sequoia, Atomico, GV and Four Rivers.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Peter Volz, Ryan Southerland, Natasha Arora and Travis Robertson.
