Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall Ventures as they joined Eden’s $25 million Series B financing.

Eden is a workplace management platform that connects office managers with service providers. The financing was led by Reshape and included investments from, in addition to Fifth Wall Ventures, Mitsui Fudosan, RXR Realty, Thor Equities, Bessemer Venture Partners, Alate Partners, Quiet Capital, S28 Capital, Canvas Ventures, Comcast Ventures, Upshift Partners, Impala Ventures, ENIAC Ventures, and Crystal Towers.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Ryan Southerland, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Ian Peck, Natasha Arora, and Travis Robertson.
