Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall Ventures as they joined Foxtrot’s $17 million financing round.

Foxtrot is a curated food service that offers customers the option to buy in-store or order online for delivery. The financing was co-led by Imaginary and Wittington Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Fifth Wall Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, M3 Ventures, The University of Chicago, Collaborative VC and Wasson Enterprise, Bluestein Associates and Barshop Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Ryan Southerland, Ian Peck, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Travis Robertson, and Natasha Arora.
