Silicon Legal represented Fifth Wall Ventures as they joined Opendoor’s $300 million series financing.

Opendoor is an online home-selling service that aims to streamline the sales process down to a few days. The financing was led by General Atlantic and included investments from, in addition to Fifth Wall Ventures, Hawk Equity, the SoftBank Vision Fund, Access Technology Ventures, Lennar Corporation, SV Angel, Norwest Venture Partners, NEA, GGV Capital, Khosla Ventures and GV.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Peter Volz, Ryan Southerland, Natasha Arora and Travis Robertson.
