Silicon Legal represented Fizz as they raised a $12 million Series A round.

Fizz is a private and authenticated platform designed to revolutionize the social fabric of communities, starting with colleges.

The round was led by NEA, and included investments from Lightspeed, Rocketship, Owl Ventures, Smash Ventures and New Horizon.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Kevin Morrissey, Jon Loebl and Derrick Metriyakool.
