Silicon Legal represented Fizz as they raised a $25 million Series B round.

Fizz is a private and authenticated platform designed to revolutionize the social fabric of communities, starting with colleges.

The round was led by Owl Ventures with participation from New Enterprise Associates.

Silicon Legal’s Fizz client team includes Gaurav Mathur, Ian Peck, Kevin Morrissey, Jon Loebl, and Derrick Metriyakool.
