Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they participated in Coolant’s $4.3 million total funding raise consisting of pre-seed and seed rounds.

Coolant is a spatial intelligence company developing 3D vision and AI tools to help landowners and governments better understand and manage their environments.

The seed round was led by General Catalyst and the pre-seed round was led by Floodgate, and included investments from Wicklow Capital and Ponderosa Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, and Robert Moore.
