Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they co-led Created by Humans’ $5 million round.

Created by Humans aims to create a marketplace where creators can license their intellectual property directly to AI companies.

The round was co-led by Craft Ventures and Floodgate, with participation from LAUNCH Fund, Slow Ventures, Garry Tan, and Walter Isaacson.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, John Koerper, Madelyn Tarr, and Vishal Ganesan.
