Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Applied Intuition’s $40 million Series B financing.

Applied Intuition provides software infrastructure to safely develop, test, and deploy autonomous vehicles. The financing was led by General Catalyst and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Kleiner Perkins, Microsoft’s M12, Sozo Ventures, and La Famiglia, Andreessen Horowitz, and Lux Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Ryan Southerland, Sarah Boulden, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Michael Young, Jacqueline Sheely, and Natasha Arora.
