Silicon Legal Strategy represented Floodgate as they joined Bounti’s $16 million Seed round.

Bounti is developing a full-stack, full-funnel agentic AI teammate platform, designed to enhance the efficiency and productivity of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

The round was led by Google Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Bloomberg Beta, Haystack, Octave Ventures, and MS&AD.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
