Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Dumpling’s $6.5 million Series A financing.

Dumpling – a champion of accessible, small business ownership – has developed a platform that empowers anyone to start, run, and grow their own local, service based business. The financing was led by Forerunner Ventures and included investment from, in addition to Floodgate, Fuel Capital.
