Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Handraise’s $6.4 million Seed round.

Handraise is leveraging large language models to deliver simple, yet profound insights to help connect the right audience to the right news and media content.

The round was led by Silverton Partners and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Bill Wood, Firebrand Ventures, AperiamVentures, Active Capital, Sputnik ATX VC, and Capital Factory.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, Parker Reed, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
