Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Highlight’s $11MM seed round.

Highlight helps creators build membership communities on the blockchain.

The round was led by Haun Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, 1kx, A_Capital, SciFi VC, Coinbase Ventures, 35 Ventures and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Ian Peck, Tommy Szalasny, Vishal Ganesan and John Koerper.
