Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Keyto’s $2.5 million Series Seed financing.

Keyto is a health and wellness company that provides a smart breath sensor that can detect when the body is in ketosis. The financing was led by David Sacks’ Craft Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Abstract Ventures, Hydra Ventures as well as entrepreneurs Julia Hartz and Kevin Hartz.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Ryan Southerland, Sarah Boulden & Natasha Arora.
