Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Loris’ $12MM Series A round.

Loris’ conversational software uses conversational AI to help the world’s fastest growing companies have better customer conversations in real time.

The round was led by Bow Capital, and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, the ServiceNow Ventures and Vertex Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Sarah Boulden, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Ian Peck, Tommy Szalasny, Vishal Ganesan and John Koerper.
