Silicon Legal Strategy represented Floodgate as they joined Lume’s $4.2 million seed round.

Lume is a company that leverages AI to automate data mapping by extracting and standardizing siloed data, enabling seamless integration into workflows.

The round was led by General Catalyst with participation from, in addition to Floodgate, Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
