Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Magic’s $10 million seed round.

Magic is a company building AI for real-world hospitality experiences.

The round was led by Lerer Hippeau and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Bling Capital, Major Food Group, VCR Group, Gary Vaynerchuk, and David Rodolitz.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, and Robert Moore.
