Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Modulus Labs’ $6.3 million Seed round.

Modulus Labs uses cryptography to verify AI outputs, keeping powerful algorithms accountable and adding trust to smart contracts.

The round was co-led by Variant and 1kx and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Inflection.xyz, Alliance, Bankless, Stanford, GCR, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, Parker Reed, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
