Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Replenysh’s $8 million Series A round.

Replenysh is a software and supply chain company that maps and connects brands to sources of recycled content.

The round was led by M13 and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Incite, Kindred Ventures, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
