Silicon Legal Strategy represented Floodgate as they joined Terradot’s $58.2 million funding round.

Terradot is a climate company focusing on scaling Enhanced Rock Weathering as a global carbon removal solution.

The round was led by John Doerr and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Google, Microsoft’s Climate Innovation Fund, Cisco, Kleiner Perkins, Acre Venture Partners, Gigascale Capital, Valor Capital, Ponderosa Ventures, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, Adam Derry, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
