Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Tesorio’s $10 million Series A financing.

Tesorio is a cash flow performance platform. The financing was led by Madrona Venture Group and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Fathom Capital and Fuel Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Ryan Southerland, Sarah Boulden, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Michael Young, Jackie Sheely, and Natasha Arora.
