Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Vendia’s $5.1 million Series Seed financing.

Vendia is a server-less, distributed platform to share data and code in real time across multiple clouds and companies. The financing was led by Neotribe Ventures and included investment from, in addition to Floodgate, Correlation Ventures, WestWave Capital, HWVP, Firebolt Ventures and Future/Perfect Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Jackie Sheely, Natasha Arora, and Tommy Szalasny.
