Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they led Ario’s $16 million Seed round.

Ario is building a personal, pro-active, and private AI personal assistant for families.

In addition to Floodgate, the round included investments from Bain Capital Ventures, Wing Venture Capital, Moxxie, and prominent angels.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Adam Derry, Madelyn Tarr, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
