Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they led Commonstock’s $9.7 million Series Seed financing.

Commonstock provides a group chat platform that allows users to discuss investment knowledge and strategy. In addition to Floodgate, the round was co-led by QED, and included participation from Upside Financial, Resolute Ventures and a select group of angel investors.
