Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they co-led Plug’s $6.7 million seed round.

Plug is an online wholesale auction platform exclusively for electric vehicles.

In addition to Floodgate, the round included investments from Autotech Ventures, A*, Leap Forward Ventures, Renn Global, Cleo Capital, Toba Capital, ODF, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Floodgate client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, John Koerper, and Vishal Ganesan.
