Silicon Legal represented Flymachine as they raised a $21MM Series A Round.

Flymachine is a virtual venue for live entertainment that brings the immersion and community of real life performances to the digital realm.

The round was led by Greycroft Partners and SignalFire, with participation from Primary Venture Partners, Contour Venture Partners, Red Sea Ventures and Silicon Valley Bank.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Guy Ladetzky, Jackie Ammon, Noah Driggs, Jon Loebl and Sarah Lederman.
