Silicon Legal represented FYRFLY Venture Partners as they joined Altoida’s $6.3 million series A financing.

Altoida is a company that provides health care professionals objective measurements of cognitive performance. The financing was led by M Ventures and included investments from, in addition to FYRFLY Venture Partners, Grey Sky Venture Partners, VI Partners AG and Alpana Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia and Mike Perez.
