Silicon Legal client Green Rush Consulting, an online marketplace that enables consumers to connect with cannabis dispensary retailers, has agreed to sell its Oddysee Software Platform to Alchemist Mining for $4.75MM. Oddysee is a software-as-a-service platform focused on the automation of city and state cannabis license applications. Alchemist Mining’s goal is to be a global provider of technology solutions for the cannabis sector.
