Silicon Legal represented H Venture Partners as they joined Aqua Cultured Foods’ $5.5 million Seed Round.

Aqua Cultured Foods is developing the first whole-muscle seafood alternative created through fermentation.

The round was led by Stray Dog Capital and included investments from, in addition to H Venture Partners, Aztec Capital Management and Amplifica Capital.

Silicon Legal’s H Venture Partners client team includes Coleman Cannon, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Madelyn Tarr.
