Silicon Legal represented Harrison Metal as they joined Outlier’s $11.7 million Series A financing.

Outlier is a company that allows students to take online classes for college credit. The financing was led by GSV Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Harrison Metal, Tectonic Capital and Jackson Square Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Travis Robertson, and Stephanie Becerra.
