Silicon Legal represented Headline as they co-led Root’s $9 million seed round.

Root is a next-gen social platform that helps gaming companies build and grow their communities.

In addition to Headline, the round was co-led by Konvoy Ventures and included investments from Day One Ventures, Untamed Ventures, Kun Gao, Clark Valberg, Jack Dunlop, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Headline client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and Madelyn Tarr.
