Silicon Legal represented Headline, as they led Avoma’s $12 million Series A round.

Avoma is an all-in-one AI Meeting Assistant, Collaboration and Intelligence platform for Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams.

In addition to Headline, the round included investments from Storm Ventures, Global Founder Capital, Zoom Apps Fund, Operator Partners, Industry Ventures and existing investors K9 Ventures, Dragon Capital and Twin Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Natasha Hsieh and Kevin Morrissey.
