Silicon Legal represented Headline as they led Upheal’s €9.52 million Series A round.

Upheal is a Czech-US mental health startup delivering an AI-powered platform for clinicians, providing tools for note-taking, session transcription, secure video calling, and advanced analytics.

In addition to Headline, the round included participation from Credo Ventures and Kaya Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Headline client team includes Natasha Hsieh, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and Madelyn Tarr.
