Silicon Legal represented HSB Fund as they joined Augury’s $180MM Series E Round.

Augury helps eliminate downtime, reduce maintenance costs and maximize productivity for critical machines in industrial and commercial applications ranging from bottling and food processing to paper products and pharmaceuticals.

The round was led by Baker Hughes, with participation from, in addition to HSB Fund, SE Ventures, Insight Partners, Eclipse Ventures, Qumra Capital, Qualcomm Ventures and Lerer Hippeau.
